Ceremony: St Ignatius RC Church, Ossett, West Yorkshire
Reception: Bagden Hall, Scissett, Huddersfield
Second-shooting with Gav Harrison
I was on groom's prep, details & candid shots duty again today.
The day started in what I thought was a garage but I was reliably informed was in fact 'Lindsay's Man Cave". It turned out to be the perfect place to shelter from the persistent rain, as you can see below, eat bacon sarnies and watch Lindsay open a large pile of presents from Charlotte, which included a signed photo of Steven Gerrard, much to Lindsay's delight.
By the way, in case you are wondering, that's cherry brandy being poured from the teapot into a hip flask.
Thankfully the rain had slowed down to a heavy drizzle by the time we got to the church and when we needed to do the group photos after the ceremony, it had almost stopped altogether (how do we manage to get away with it?)
You can see how Charlotte felt on her big day by her unwavering smile and the big thumbs up to the congregation at the end of the ceremony.
Congratulations to a wonderful couple and thank you for a great fun day.
